it is kind of blessing to have a birthday that is relatively close to my mother's birthday.
this enables us to celebrate birthdays together~ =D
we grasp that "healthy is the greatest wealth to us",
yet lay men sometimes are so helpless.
have never dreamed of to step in medical profession,
yet fate channeled me somewhere.
though we learn by hard how diseases progress, how to treat, how to diagnose;
the miserable thing is that many and many dire diseases begin with "unknown etiology"
you dont know what is the cause, how to prevent it? NONE.
despite fast-paced progression of any kind of technology and medical knowledge,
noone could come with definitive treatment for the devastating cancer.
let me quote from a professor of mine, "researches on cancer being done, and patients are still dying"
eternal lives, with pros and cons somehow.
